Before outsourcing your tasks or projects there are some questions to ask. When you first start your business, you’ll probably be doing all or most of the work yourself. If you’re on a tight budget, don’t outsource a job you can do yourself especially if you already do it relatively well.

However, eventually you’re going to come to a point where you will need help. This means either outsourcing tasks on an ad-hoc basis or hiring a full-time person to help you every day.

In order to decide if you should outsource for a particular task, as yourself these questions:

Can I handle this task myself?

If you have the skills and time to do the task, you might as well do it yourself. Otherwise, you should outsource it.

Is the task even really necessary?

If you think about it, you may realise it’s not even necessary!
