5 Reasons You May Not Achieve Your Goals

Most people know the value of having short and long term goals. Whether it’s learning to code, or your life plan, but for some reason, they are unable to move forward.
You set goals, but due dates and deadlines pass you by. Little progress is made, and you don’t feel any closer to achieving these goals. Does this sound familiar?
Let’s look at some of the reasons why we set goals but don’t achieve them:
- Your goals are too wide and not specific
- Your time frame is unreasonable and the expectations
- You lack the motivation to follow through with the smalls tasks
- You don’t take action once goals have been set
- You lack accountability from a partner to keep you focused
